Fairleigh Hill - Tovil - Maidstone
The former quarry was transformed into an investment site covering approximately 15 acres.
Earthworks included stabilizing approximately 68,000 cubic meters of soil.
This included four massive retaining walls and drilling platforms.
In April 2025, the investor, Vistry Group, began construction of sanitary and storm sewers, roads, and foundations.
Currently, in October 2025, some of the buildings are roofed.
Wares Farm Packing Facilities for "FIRMIN" Linton
It is a hall with an area of 15,000 square meters.
The office part is located on the mezzanine floor of 5000 square meters.
A part of the hall is a cold store about 30%.
The entire building is supported by approximately 170 columns.
The first earthworks started in December 2018
and a year later the building has worked for "BerryGardens".
Beaurepaire House - Bramley Phase 1
This structure is "stuck" to existing 16th century listed building.
The steel frame building is seated on 10 meter of depth basement.
The basements has approx. 1500 m sq and is build by secant piling wall. The seal of the basement was the biggest challenge because the estate is surrounding by moat.
The works has started in August 2015
